We present a free rough concept proposal and mood board as a reference to your vision with budgetary project estimate.

A proof of commitment to kick start the whole project, you can design with options to manufacture the cabin from any vendor.

After down payment for design, we assemble a team and work closely to bring your vision to detailed drawings.

After approval & settlement of the remaining balance (design work), we give detailed breakdown of materials and quotation for your custom cabin.

We make the cabins in our factory, with modern precision machines and prepare them for shipping to your site.

We assemble the prefabricated cabins in 1 week like LEGOs and coordinate with contractors for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP).

In a few months, you have a new resort up and running. No price adjustments, no time delay.
